Google Drive allows you to store files and sync them between computers, both on the web and offline. It’s basically just like Dropbox but also allows having the Google Docs aspect with it.

The best feature of using this cloud based storage features is that one can share and edit the files anytime and anywhere. The data stored here is secured, so, if in case there is a problem with the device, the files are safe.

Google Drive provides many ways to view, find, and sort files. It includes powerful search options—even the ability to search for text in pictures—to quickly find what one is looking for.

An offline access to your Google Documents and Spreadsheets is also possible but one can only view the Google Documents and Spreadsheets without an internet connection. Editing is not possible when offline. When talking about a non-Google document or spreadsheet, one can view as well as edit the files from the Google Drive folder without an internet connection. Any changes made to the synced file while offline will sync to all devices when reconnected to the internet.
